On-Campus Housing
Limited on-campus housing is available in a UMass Boston dorm room for an additional $450. Students who want on-campus housing should register for the course and request housing by May 30. After May 30, remaining housing availability will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Housing will be by default in single-dorm rooms with private bathroom. Some double dorm rooms may be available if specifically requested. Please note that alcohol and smoking are prohibited on UMass Boston's campus including inside dorm buildings and dorm rooms. Please also note that other summer programs will be housed simultaneously in the dorm building.

Transportation
UMass Boston's campus can be conveniently reached by car or public transportation.
Getting to campus by public transportation
Take the MBTA Red Line to the JFK/UMass stop. A free shuttle bus, operated by Revere Transportation, will take you from the JFK/UMass stop to Campus Center. The JFK/UMass stop is also a commuter rail station on the Fall River/New Bedford line, Greenbush line, and Kingston line. UMass Boston's campus is also served by the number 8 bus from Kenmore and the number 16 bus from Forest Hills.
Getting to campus by car
UMass Boston is conveniently located right off of I-93. On-campus parking is $15/day.
Getting to campus by bicycle
The closest bike parking to our classrooms is outside of the Campus Center, but it is uncovered and unprotected. A locked and sheltered bike room, with a bike repair station, is available in the West Garage, but requires ID access. Participants who wish to use the bike room should contact Christopher Cochran to set up access.
